In the event that you fail your first attempt at passing the 70-462 examination, Microsoft's retake policy is:

  • If a candidate fails in their first attempt, he/she needs to wait for 24 hours to retake the exam.
  • If a candidate fails in second, third, and subsequent attempts, he/she needs to wait for 14 calander days before rescheduling the exam.
  • If a candidate has passed an exam, he/she cannot take it again.
